Talent Acquisition intern

BME - Bolsas y Mercados Españoles - drives the transformation of financial markets and belongs to SIX, the third largest exchange group in Europe.

We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department for a 6-months part-time internship, where you can put into practice everything you are learning in your degree or master.

You will be providing hands-on support to help drive our international Talent Acquisition, working closely with our internal and external partners, such as universities and collaborating in our recruiting processes.

• Assist in Talent Acquisition processes and support ongoing recruitment projects
• Collaborate across the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Provide ad hoc administrative and coordination support to the TA team
• Help maintain recruitment data and documentation in internal systems
• Participate in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives What You Bring

• be pursuing a university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, communications or a master's degree in HR
• first experience in Recruiting or HR will be valuable
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment with very good time management, communication and organization skills
• proactive and creative mindset with an ability to work in a team as well as autonomously

• fluent verbal and written English. Spanish, German or Polish would be a plus
