What you'll do

  • Designing, developing, and implementing electrical and electronic systems for vehicles, through the creation of schematics, circuit analysis, software development, and cross-departmental work to ensure their integration.
  • Ensuring Cybersecurity, implementing security measures and protocols to protect vehicle systems, data, and functionalities, including risk management and T.A.R.A. vulnerability analysis.
  • Creating and analyzing electrical and electronic circuits for different applications, and programming specific software in electronic components.
  • Carrying out maintenance of electrical drawings and vehicle heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Systematizing innovation improvements related to current products that bring competitive advances in cost, quality, services, performance, and processes.
  • Manufacturing and testing prototypes to validate designs, ensuring these designs comply with current regulations, and subsequently monitoring the project on the manufacturing line.
  • Conducting careful cost control and monitoring of product price deviations.
  •  Acting as internal and external technical assistance service (SAT) depending on the needs of the company and clients.

  • You have technical training at the level of a Technical Degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering, although we will also consider candidates with a Higher Degree in Electricity and Electronics.
  • You bring a minimum of 4 years of experience in the industrial sector, preferably in a company linked to the automotive sector, carrying out the design and development of electrical systems and installations.
  • You have experience with Grafcet, Ladder, and Structured Text programming languages, CoseSys software, HMI terminal programming, and you master Electric SolidWorks, AutoCad, and Draftsight, in addition to being accustomed to working with ERP.
  • You have knowledge of j1939, CanOpen, and LIN communication protocols, cooling and heating systems, artificial vision systems, Cybersecurity and Functional Safety, as well as electric and hybrid technologies in automotive.
  • You have a command of the English language and are available to travel.
  • You are a proactive person with initiative, with ease in solving problems and with organizational and prioritization skills; you like challenges, you are comfortable working results-oriented, and you have ease in working as part of a team.
