We need to hire a Recruitment Consultant for our Palma office, providing service to the office's clients.

Your responsibility will be to ensure service in the management of workers placed on assignment, as well as to ensure coverage of the client's recruitment and selection processes based on established quality parameters and objectives.

-You will handle the coverage of selection processes for all profiles required by our clients; from recruitment, individual interviews, dynamic group interviews, to selection.

-You will also carry out hiring and follow-up on renewals, maintaining direct contact with workers.

-You will be able to detect areas for improvement in services and procedures, with autonomy to implement initiatives.

Requirements:

-University education/degree or higher, valuing specialization in HR and people management.

-Valuable experience in Recruitment, accustomed to managing a high volume of selection processes and conducting competency-based interviews.

-Strong customer orientation and good communication skills, since you will be in direct contact with our clients!

Necesitamos incorporar un/a Consultor/a de Selección para nuestra oficina de Palma, dando servicio a los clientes de la oficina.

Tendrás como responsabilidad garantizar el servicio en la gestión de los trabajadores puestos a disposición, así como garantizar la cobertura de los procesos de reclutamiento y selección del cliente en base a los parámetros de calidad y objetivos establecidos.

-Realizarás la cobertura de los procesos de selección de todos los perfiles que necesiten nuestros clientes; desde el reclutamiento, entrevistas individuales, dinámicas de grupo y la selección.

-También llevarás a cabo las contrataciones y seguimiento de renovaciones, teniendo el contacto directo con los trabajadores.

-Podrás detectar áreas de mejora en el servicio y en procedimientos, pudiendo tener autonomía para implantar iniciativas.

Requisitos:

-Formación universitaria/grado medio o superior, valorando la especialización en RRHH y la gestión de personas.

-Valorable experiencia en Selección, acostumbrado a gestionar volumen de procesos de selección y a realizar entrevistas por competencias.

-Alta orientación al cliente y buena capacidad comunicativa, ¡ya que estarás en contacto directo con nuestros clientes!
