What will your mission be?

• Define, drive, and execute the company's overall strategy, ensuring the achievement of growth, profitability, and sustainability objectives.
• Lead comprehensive brand management and drive the development of new business opportunities.
• Oversee the company's various services: waste management, analysis laboratory, pest control, hygiene and disinfection, and pet cremation services.
• Lead economic and financial management, monitoring budgets, results, investments, and key business indicators.
• Direct and develop work teams, fostering coordination between areas and a results-oriented environment.
• Drive commercial activity, client acquisition, retention, and the development of new business lines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the technical, environmental, labor, quality, and risk prevention areas.
• Lead continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization projects.
