What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in Hospitalization and/or Emergency.
Experience in comprehensive care for hospitalized patients, medication administration, monitoring, performing nursing techniques, and providing standard care for the unit.
For the Emergency Department: experience in patient triage and assessment, care for acute conditions, and response to emergency situations.
Previous experience in Hospitalization, Emergency, ICU, Resuscitation, or specialized care units will be valued.
Professionals with a care-oriented mindset, strong teamwork skills, organizational abilities, and a patient-centered approach.

¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

Grado o Diplomatura en Enfermería.
Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en Hospitalización y/o Urgencias.
Experiencia en la atención integral al paciente hospitalizado, administración de medicación, monitorización, realización de técnicas de enfermería y cuidados propios de la unidad.
En el caso de Urgencias, experiencia en valoración y clasificación de pacientes, atención a patologías agudas y actuación ante situaciones de urgencia.
Se valorará experiencia previa en Hospitalización, Urgencias, UCI, Reanimación o unidades de cuidados especiales.
Personas con vocación asistencial, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, habilidades organizativas y orientación al paciente.
