Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electromechanical projects, or similar roles.
Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial automation.
Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, SolidWorks, or similar).
Organizational skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Availability to travel, if required by the position.

Nice to have

Valuable experience with PLCs, variable frequency drives, and SCADA systems.
Experience in industrial project management.
Knowledge of energy efficiency and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, TPM).
Technical level of English.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are looking for an Electromechanical Engineer with initiative, analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement to join the technical team of an important company in Aragon. If you are passionate about engineering, industrial maintenance, and process optimization, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and supervise electromechanical projects.
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
Supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of industrial machinery.
Propose and implement improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, productivity, and safety.
Coordinate work with suppliers, contractors, and maintenance teams.
Prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, and plans.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
