At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an established construction company with an extensive track record in executing residential, industrial, public works, and civil engineering projects. We are currently looking to hire a Site Manager to manage the projects the company develops in Huesca and the province.

• Planning, organizing, and performing the comprehensive monitoring of assigned works.
• Analyzing the project, technical documentation, measurements, and specifications.
• Preparing the economic and temporal planning for each work.
• Controlling costs, production, yields, and deviations regarding the budget.
• Performing measurements, certifications, and economic monitoring of the executed works.
• Requesting, analyzing, and negotiating offers with suppliers and subcontracted companies.
• Managing the contracting and coordination of industrial trades, guilds, and subcontractors.
• Coordinating and supervising the Site Foreman and the execution teams.
• Maintaining fluid communication with Project Management, the owner, and the rest of the intervening agents.
• Supervising compliance with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention standards.
• Detecting technical or economic incidents and establishing the necessary corrective measures.
• Managing modifications, contradictions, and extensions arising during execution.
• Preparing monitoring reports and periodically reporting the technical and economic status of the works.
• Supervising the completion, delivery, and economic closure of each project.

Depending on the Technical Management, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of assigned works, guaranteeing their correct technical and economic execution, compliance with deadlines, and the coordination of all involved teams. You will be the person responsible for the project from its initial planning until delivery, working in coordination with the Site Foreman, Technical Office, Project Management, suppliers, and subcontracted companies.

• Training in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or similar degrees.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager, preferably managing building or civil engineering projects.
• Ability to assume the technical, economic, and contractual management of a work.
• Experience in planning, cost control, measurements, and certifications.
• Knowledge of construction processes, structures, installations, and finishes.
• Experience coordinating foremen, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontracted companies.
• Ability to interpret drawings, measurements, budgets and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, quality, and occupational risk prevention.
• Organized and decisive profile with leadership and negotiation skills.
• Availability to travel throughout the province of Huesca and surrounding areas.
