To fit the position, you must have completed university studies in Architecture or Building Engineering. Previous experience as a Site Manager in hotel construction projects is required.

What you'll do

Reporting to the department delegate, you will be responsible for the correct execution, control, and monitoring of the site. You will manage the various phases of the work, taking charge of economic and material resources, as well as the relationship with the client and subcontractors. You will coordinate the team that reports to you, motivating and leading them toward the achievement of established objectives. You will oversee and collaborate in the monitoring of prevention and environmental policies.
