Civil Engineering / Building Site Manager

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing building works, civil works, or both, with responsibility for planning and economic control.
• Ability to lead teams, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and resolve technical incidents.
• Autonomous, organized profile oriented towards meeting deadlines and results.
• Availability to work in Huesca and travel to assigned worksites.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated company in the construction sector, which is looking to incorporate a Site Manager to manage civil works and building projects for data centers in Huesca.

Assume integral management of assigned works, from preparation to delivery, guaranteeing compliance with technical, economic, deadline, quality, and safety objectives.

• Analyze the project, budget, measurements, and contractual documentation before the start of the works.
• Define the site planning, necessary resources, and the purchasing and subcontracting strategy.
• Coordinate the production team, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise execution and make decisions regarding technical incidents or changes during the works.
• Perform economic control: costs, production, certifications, deviations, and closing forecasts.
• Negotiate and follow up on the purchases and contracting necessary for the project.
• Maintain communication with the owner, the Project Management, and other involved agents.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, applicable regulations, and the Health and Safety Plan.
• Coordinate the final documentation and the delivery of the works.
