At Elis we are looking to hire a Maintenance Manager to join our Operations team. You will report to the Site Director and will play a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability and optimal operation of the industrial facilities and equipment, leading the maintenance area and actively contributing to the plant's continuous improvement.
What you'll do
Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, organizing the area's technical and human resources.
Ensure the proper operation of machinery and facilities, guaranteeing their maximum availability and performance.
