Senior HRBP

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience: ~7 years in HR, ideally as an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist.
• Sector: Services, consulting, marketing, media, or subsidiaries of multinationals with structured HR.
• Labor Relations: Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and experience with works councils.
• Profile: Proactive, decisive, with high emotional intelligence and a vocation for building and developing people.
• Languages: English B2-C1. To be able to be part of international projects.
• Vocation: Long-term project, with the desire to consolidate and contribute to the evolution of the organization.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a major international company in the marketing, communication, and services sector to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner in Barcelona.

The company has an international structure and a dynamic working environment, with different business areas and multidisciplinary teams. It is currently in a moment of organizational evolution and transformation, which represents an opportunity to join a project with real capacity for impact.

In this context, we are looking for a person who combines solid experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations with a clear orientation towards people development, culture, and the business.

The position will have an especially relevant role in Barcelona, acting as a strategic business partner and a link between the People teams, managers, and employees, while also participating in cross-functional projects of an international scope.

What will your mission be in the company?

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be the main People point of reference for the business in Barcelona, supporting managers and teams in people management and contributing to the construction of a solid organizational culture aligned with the company's strategy, in addition to participating in cross-functional People projects at an international level.

Among your main responsibilities:

1. Talent and transformation: supporting teams through the company's integration and transformation process, driving talent development, culture, and engagement.
2. Attraction, selection, and onboarding of the best talent: identifying, attracting, and integrating the best professionals in the market to face the current and future challenges of the business.
3. Labor relations: managing labor matters, including hiring, disciplinary processes, terminations, and interlocution with the Works Council and union representatives.

• Location: Barcelona, with a significant office presence. No direct team in charge.
