CIVIL WORKS SITE MANAGER

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a benchmark company in the construction sector, searching for a Civil Works Site Manager for the Tarragona area.

What will be your mission in the company?

· Plan, coordinate, and supervise the comprehensive execution of civil works, guaranteeing economic, budgetary, and deadline control.

· Efficiently manage human, technical, and material resources throughout all phases of the project.

· Supervise the quality of execution and ensure compliance with safety and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations.

· Coordinate with industrial contractors, specialists, and suppliers, as well as with the project management and the owner.

· Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and monitoring logs.

· Ensure the final delivery of the work within the agreed time, cost, and quality.

What do we need from you?

· Degree in civil engineering, technical architecture, or a similar higher degree.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a civil and/or public works site manager.

· Advanced proficiency in tools such as Presto, AutoCAD, MS Project, TCQ, BIM, and LPS.

· Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work in a team and a results-oriented approach.
