Order to Deliver Lead

• Training in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position or extensive experience in Export departments.
• Experience in international trade, freight forwarders, and export documentation.
• Knowledge of letters of credit, international transport, and Incoterms.
• Experience with ERP, with Dynamics 365 being especially valued.
• Analytical capacity, organization, and experience working with reporting and KPIs.
• Senior profile, resourceful, and accustomed to managing volume and multiple priorities.
• Advanced English.

• Experience in pharma, packaging, chemical, or industrial machinery is highly valued.

• Stable and international project within an industrial company.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an international industrial company that needs to hire an Order to Deliver Lead to reinforce its team and comprehensively manage its export operations.

Your objective will be to guarantee the correct management of machinery orders and export projects, from their creation to final delivery to the customer, coordinating documentation, invoicing, transport, and different internal areas.

Additionally, you will have a key role in team monitoring, incident resolution, and the continuous improvement of processes within the area.

• Manage international orders and projects using Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate international shipments and freight forwarders, managing rates and different transport modes.
• Prepare and review export documentation, letters of credit, and bank guarantees.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
• Monitor invoicing, open orders, deliveries, and KPIs.
• Resolve incidents and possible bottlenecks related to shipments, invoicing, or deliveries.
• Participate in team management and monitoring, as well as in process improvement projects.
