Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics, Finance and Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in general accounting and accounting closings.
Advanced mastery of Excel.
Responsible, organized, analytical, and meticulous profile, with the ability to work with autonomy, discretion, and confidentiality.
Initiative, adaptability, and the willingness to take on responsibilities.

Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be especially valued.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated company located in Les Borges Blanques, in the search for an Accounting and Administration Manager to join the team and provide direct support to the Financial Management.

What you'll do

Supervise and control the complete accounting cycle, ensuring the correct accounting of all operations.
Prepare and review monthly and annual accounting closings.
Account for and supervise supplier invoices, reconciliations, and accounting accounts.
Manage the depreciation book, accruals, and deferrals.
Review and control intercompany operations and related-party transactions.
Review the information necessary for the preparation and presentation of taxes, in coordination with the internal team and external consultancy.
Prepare monthly control reports and report directly to the Financial Director.
Manage and coordinate the team, resolving day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and tax queries.
Provide direct support to the Financial Director, following up on procedures and participating in the improvement of internal circuits.
