Requirements

What we're looking for

• You have demonstrable experience in logistics or warehouse management, ideally managing operations across several centers or teams.

• You have in-depth knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and returns operations.

• You have experience leading teams and coordinating different managers or operational areas.

• You are used to working with KPIs, dashboards, budgets, and logistics management tools/WMS.

• You are an organized, demanding, and approachable person, with the capacity to make decisions and work in a highly field-oriented manner.

• You have availability to travel between the different centers

Languages

• You speak Spanish and have a very good understanding of French. Catalan will be valued.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a company specializing in e-commerce logistics services that is in full growth. We are looking to hire a MULTI-WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS MANAGER to lead and coordinate the operations of several logistics centers, guaranteeing the same standards of quality, productivity, and service throughout the network.

What you'll do

The main responsibilities of the selected person will focus on:

• Coordinating operations across different warehouses: receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and returns.

• Supervising and supporting the managers of each center, setting objectives, and monitoring their progress.

• Defining and standardizing procedures, best practices, and quality standards among the different centers.

• Planning human and material resources according to activity volume, demand peaks, and new projects.

• Defining, analyzing, and monitoring the main KPIs: productivity, errors, deadlines, incidents, costs, and occupancy.

• Driving the continuous improvement of processes, organization, and logistics tools, including the WMS.
