At Paul Marles, we are looking for a Safety Supervisor to join a leading company in its sector.

We are looking for an organized, analytical profile with coordination skills, who can ensure the proper functioning of security systems and the protection of company assets across its various facilities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Supervise the storage and location of stock materials on a regular basis, especially high-value products, ensuring they have the appropriate protective measures in place.
• Verify the proper operation of video surveillance systems, identifying incidents and coordinating the necessary actions to resolve them.
• Manage intrusion alerts, coordinating response protocols with the alarm monitoring center, security companies, and competent authorities when necessary.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities in facilities (cameras, perimeter fencing, stock control systems, access points, etc.) and drive improvement actions to minimize risks.
• Follow up on incidents and action plans, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Gather technical information and collaborate on investigations related to security incidents.
• Manage relationships with security service providers (alarms, video surveillance, on-site security, access control, and concierge services), ensuring compliance with established agreements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and the implementation of new security solutions, including future thermal surveillance systems for fire prevention.
