Product Technician (Industrial Sector - Automotive)

• You have technical training at an engineering level, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, and/or similar.
• You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, in a company in the industrial sector, carrying out technical product design, and being accustomed to working directly with a production area, in addition to having experience in product industrialization processes.
• You have mastered SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• You have a command of the English language.
• You are a proactive person with initiative, with an ease for solving problems and the ability to organize and prioritize; you enjoy challenges, you are comfortable working results-oriented, and you have an ease for teamwork, in addition to being someone who can work autonomously, with good communication skills and the ability to adapt to any type of interlocutor.

• We will highly value knowledge of the Infor ERP and task management through the KANBAN system.

For this reason, we are looking for a PRODUCT TECHNICIAN with experience in the design and industrialization of technical products (industrial sector).

As part of the Technical Services Department, joining a consolidated team and working within the area that provides direct support to the production line, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Design and develop, in both 2D and 3D, the current product.
• Carry out day-to-day monitoring of product/project manufacturing, directly on the production lines.
• Manage product modifications during its development.
• Code and parameterize new components and the materials structure.
• Control costs and price deviations of products, as well as set the timing of production processes, ensuring compliance with the execution planning of the ongoing project.
• Propose product improvements related to its design and production process, as well as drive innovation and development of this product, and also in relation to components, working directly and in coordination with manufacturing teams.
• Approve and apply technical requirements defined by the client, ensuring the agreed cost.
