At Marlex we are collaborating with a company in the food sector that is looking for a Laboratory Analyst to join the Quality area through a temporary contract to cover maternity leave.

What will your mission be in the company?

What you'll do

·Execute the analytical plans defined by the Technical Management.

·Perform laboratory analyses of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products.

·Participate in interlaboratory comparison circuits and carry out specific tests requested by Technical Management.

·Validate finished products and ingredients for their release.

·Record analytical results in the computer system (XAPTA), ensuring traceability and reliability.

·Prepare and manage technical documentation required by clients.
