The role

At Marlex Barberà we are looking for a PRODUCTION COORDINATOR for an important company in Barberà.

What you'll do

Functions:

Carrying out production processes while ensuring food safety and integrity.
Ensuring compliance with the guidelines established in each manufacturing process.
Managing the team of both permanent staff and temporary agency workers involved in the production process.
Ensuring the transfer of information and the status of lines and production between shifts.
Managing and supervising the facilities of the production area, as well as potential improvements.
Ensuring line format changes.
Ensuring the training of their team in terms of format, duration, and location.
Complying with and enforcing occupational risk prevention measures.
Completing all production records associated with their activity.
Being diligent in complying with HACCP - CCPs and PRPs.
Responsibility for ensuring compliance with the food safety culture implemented in our company, as well as promoting it.
