Pay & benefits
What you'll get
-Contract via temporary agency (approx. 3 months) + possibility of permanent hire by the company.
-Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 2pm full-time (availability to cover fairs/events on weekends)
-Salary: €25,000 gross annual

We are looking for an Event Organizer for a leading company in the sports technology sector located in Barberá del Vallés.
What you'll do
-Event planning and preparation:
- Supplier contact
- Stock management
- Material management
- Organization of stays / trips /
-Coordination and support between internal departments:
- Marketing Dept.
- Logistics Dept.
- Sales Dept.
- HR Dept.
-Travel to client facilities to perform setups:
- Assembly of furniture, signage, displays, stands, awnings, corporate elements, verification of measurements, adjustments, and finishes.
Requirements
-Experience in this sector between 1 and 3 years
-Own vehicle
-Degree in Event Planning and Management or Marketing is valued
-Ability to negotiate with suppliers
-Flexibility to travel
-Knowledge of Adobe pack, Office suite, Oracle, and Jira
-Intermediate English level
