What we're looking for

Previous experience in customer service or in administrative departments within the transportation and/or logistics sector.
Sufficient English level to handle international calls and manage emails.
Knowledge of administrative management and database handling.
Training in Transportation, Logistics, or Commerce is a plus.
Organized, proactive person with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Direct contract with the company.
Standard working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of switching to the 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM shift, depending on service needs.
Salary of €25,500 gross per year.

We are hiring Customer Service Administrative Assistants with a good level of English for a major transportation and logistics company located in Barberà del Vallès.

What you'll do

Handling phone and email support for national and international clients.
Managing and resolving incidents related to national transport routes.
Tracking deliveries, urgent pickups, and shipments, keeping the client informed at all times.
Managing databases and performing administrative tasks derived from daily operations.
Recording pickups in the system and coordinating with traffic, delivery, and warehouse teams.
Processing documentation and managing claims through the internal platform.
Monitoring and maintaining client accounts, ensuring agile and efficient service.
