What we're looking for

Previous experience in customer service and/or public-facing roles.
Good communication and customer orientation.
Friendly, dynamic, responsible person with initiative.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks at once.
Basic IT knowledge and ease working with computers.

Residence in La Bisbal d'Empordà or nearby municipalities to the workplace.

The role

At MARLEX PALAFRUGELL we are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT to join a company located in La Bisbal d'Empordà, dedicated to sales and customer service.

If you have experience in customer service and public-facing roles, you enjoy interacting with people, and you are looking for a job opportunity with the possibility of stability, this could be your opportunity! We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, organized person with a good attitude, who also has ease working with computers and performing basic administrative tasks.

What you'll do

In-person customer service and advisory.
Sale and promotion of the establishment's products.
Resolution of customer doubts and incidents.
Order management and monitoring of customer needs.
Cash management and customer collection.
Replenishment, placement, and maintenance of product order.
Performance of basic administrative tasks.
Data entry and updating using a computer.
Use of Excel and other IT tools for daily management.
Preparation and management of documents, records, and orders.

How you'll work

Immediate start.
Rotating schedule: one week of mornings and one week of afternoons.
Working days from Monday to Saturday.
Possibility of a permanent position.
