The role

What you'll do

Entry and management of orders.
Preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Registration and management of custom orders.
Customer service and follow-up.
Contact and management with suppliers.
Follow-up and resolution of incidents.
Support in the different administrative tasks linked to the commercial area.

We are looking for an organized, proactive person with a customer orientation, who has ease working with numbers and the capacity to learn.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in commercial backoffice, commercial administration, order management, or customer service positions.
Organized, dynamic person with the capacity to learn.
Ease working with numbers and performing calculations.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Training or experience related to Graphic Arts is valued.
Knowledge of French is valued.
Proficiency in office tools.
