What we're looking for
We are looking for a person with a technical profile, initiative, and problem-solving capacity, who wants to consolidate themselves within an industrial environment.
It will be necessary to provide:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electromechanics.
- Training in Intermediate or Higher Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics or similar.
- Knowledge of industrial electricity and mechanics.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions when faced with an incident.
- A proactive, responsible person with initiative.
- Good teamwork capacity.
- Availability to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with shift changes every 15 days.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems will be valued.

The role
🔧 Industrial Maintenance Electromechanic
What you'll do
As part of the maintenance team, you will have a key role in guaranteeing the correct operation of machinery and the continuity of the production process.
Your main duties will be
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities.
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
- Intervene in equipment and installations with hydraulic and pneumatic components.
- Perform adjustments, regulations, and fine-tuning of machinery when necessary.
- Supervise the operation of equipment and detect possible incidents.
- Participate in maintenance and improvement tasks of the facilities.
- Interpret diagrams and technical documentation to facilitate fault diagnosis and resolution.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to guarantee maximum machinery availability and avoid production process stoppages.
