Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (CFGM) in Electromechanics, Electricity, or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Solid knowledge of industrial electricity and mechanics.
Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to diagnose and resolve faults in production environments.
Knowledge of PLCs and drives for incident resolution.
We are looking for a person with empathy, autonomy, decision-making ability, and a focus on teamwork.
Availability to work rotating shifts and perform one weekend on-call duty per month.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in heavy industrial machinery and continuous processes.

At Marlex People we are collaborating with a major leading industrial company that is looking for an Industrial Electromechanic - First-class skilled tradesperson to join its maintenance team.

What you'll do

Perform industrial corrective maintenance at the plant, following the daily work plan.
Diagnose and locate electrical and mechanical faults in machinery and installations.
Resolve incidents and breakdowns on the different production lines.
Execute motor alignment work.
Perform the replacement and maintenance of gearboxes.
Carry out the maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic installations.
Resolve incidents related to PLCs, frequency drives, and other industrial automation equipment (programming is not required).
Intervene on industrial machinery such as wire drawing machines, coilers, shears, overhead cranes, galvanizing lines, pickling lines, winding machines, welding machines, among others.

How you'll work

Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts:
- Morning: 06:00h to 14:00h
- Afternoon: 14:00h to 22:00h
- Night: 22:00h to 06:00h
1 weekend on-call duty per month.
