The role

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and facilities.
Identify, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical faults.
Operate, adjust, and supervise automated systems and equipment controlled by PLC.
Participate in format changes, line adjustments, and commissioning of production equipment.
Carry out interventions on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Ensure the proper functioning of machinery, minimizing downtime.
Collaborate in the continuous improvement of maintenance and production processes.
Record actions taken and follow up on incidents.
Ensure compliance with safety, industrial hygiene, and quality standards.
Participate in automation, robotics, and technological improvement projects for facilities.

What do we need from you?

Vocational training in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Mechatronics, or similar.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance.
Knowledge of PLC, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Experience in automation, robotics, and mechatronics is valued.
Ability to diagnose and resolve faults independently.
Proactive, resourceful person with a desire to keep learning and growing professionally.
Availability to work on a 4th or 5th shift schedule.
