What do we need from you?

· Previous experience as a mechanic and/or electrician in industrial environments.

· Highly operational and decisive profile, accustomed to working on the plant floor.

· Versatile person, with adaptability and a good attitude.

· Interest in a stable project with long-term prospects.

· Flexibility to work Saturdays depending on production load.

At Marlex People, we are collaborating with a leading company in its sector, in the search for an Industrial Maintenance Electromechanic for its plant located in Vallès Occidental.

What will your mission be in the company?

What you'll do

· Perform corrective maintenance on industrial machinery.

· Participate in the installation, adjustment, and modification of equipment.

· Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults and provide effective solutions.

· Collaborate actively in the day-to-day operations of the workshop, working at the machine.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.

How you'll work

· Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday.
