We are looking for Production Operators to join a company in the industrial sector.

• Perform production tasks following established procedures.
• Handling and control of the production process.
• Supply of materials and control of assigned machinery.
• Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation.
• Working in a coordinated manner with the rest of the team to guarantee the correct functioning of production.

• Active, dynamic person with a desire to learn.
• Capacity to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Availability to work rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night.
• Having your own vehicle to access the workplace is essential, especially for the night shift.

• Previous experience in industrial environments will be valued, although it is not essential.

• Immediate start.
• Salary: €2300 gross per month.
• Rotating shift: morning, afternoon, and night.
• Working day organized in cycles of 7 working days with 2 or 3 days off, depending on shift planning.
• Night shift bonus in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
• Possibility to acquire experience and grow professionally within the industrial sector.

Buscamos Operarios/as de Producción para incorporarse a una empresa del sector industrial.

• Realizar tareas de producción siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
• Manipulación y control del proceso productivo.
• Abastecimiento de materiales y control de la maquinaria asignada.
• Mantener el orden y la limpieza del puesto de trabajo.
• Trabajar de forma coordinada con el resto del equipo para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la producción.

• Persona activa, dinámica y con ganas de aprender.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir instrucciones.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche.
• Imprescindible disponer de vehículo propio para acceder al centro de trabajo, especialmente en el turno de noche.

• Se valorará experiencia previa en entornos industriales, aunque no es imprescindible.

• Incorporación inmediata.
• Salario: 2300€ brutos mensuales.
• Turno rotativo de mañana, tarde y noche.
• Jornada organizada en ciclos de 7 días de trabajo con descansos de 2 o 3 días, según la planificación de turnos.
• Plus de nocturnidad según convenio.
• Posibilidad de adquirir experiencia y crecer profesionalmente dentro del sector industrial.
