The role
We are collaborating with an important company in the metal sector that needs to hire a CNC lathe programming operator for its factory in Ripoll. If you have experience in programming and setting up CNC lathes and are looking for a new professional challenge, this could be your opportunity!
What you'll do
- Setup, programming, and operation of CNC lathes for the manufacture of precision parts.
- Programming and adjustment of equipment with Fanuc / Hyundai systems.
- Machine setup and preparation of the production process.
- Autonomous management of the work cell.
- Verification and dimensional control of manufactured parts.
- Use of precision metrology tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Resolution of incidents and necessary adjustments during the machining process.
- Carrying out basic preventive maintenance of the machinery.
- Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the workspace.
