What you'll get

- Permanent contract.

- Salary between 32,000 € and 35,000 € gross per year, depending on experience and value added.

- Initial training of 20 days in the morning schedule.

- Subsequent incorporation into the afternoon shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

- Company closed for vacation from August 1 to 21.

The role

We are looking for a CNC Lathe Operator with practical experience in machining environments to join a company in the industrial sector in Ripoll.

What you'll do

- Operation and control of CNC lathes.

- Inputting existing code or programs into the machine to execute the corresponding production process.

- Starting and stopping machinery.

- Tool change and adjustment according to production needs.

- Verification and quality control of manufactured parts using measuring instruments such as a micrometer and caliper.

- Monitoring of machining processes and compliance with established quality standards.

No CNC programming tasks are required.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 months' experience working with CNC machinery.

- Knowledge and experience in the use of lathes.

- Experience in dimensional control, interpretation of measurements and drawings.

- Experience in small workshops or non-serial production environments is valued, as this is the profile that best fits the company's needs.

- Proactive, responsible person with a capacity for learning.

- We will especially value practical experience in machining.
