Senior Quality Engineer – Quality Manager in Project (Railway sector and English)

Requirements:

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering or Physics with a specialty in Electronics, Chemistry, or other related technical degrees. We value profiles with different backgrounds if they possess solid experience in Quality.
• Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in Project Quality, in execution projects.
• High level of English, both spoken and written, to operate in an international environment.
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality standard.
• Ability to work in multifunctional and multicultural teams.
• Good communication, coordination, and organization skills.
• A proactive, results-oriented profile.
• Analytical capacity, incident management, and problem-solving.

The following will be especially valued:

• Experience in railway projects and/or railway signaling.
• Knowledge of ISO 22163 / IRIS.
• Experience in projects with different technical components: electronics, installations, civil works, systems, etc.
• Technical knowledge of electronics and programming.
• Experience in industrial or technological environments.

What is offered:

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring that projects achieve the expected quality results, taking into account business, client, and market requirements, collaborating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities:

Quality management in execution projects:

• Preparation, maintenance, and deployment of quality plans.
• Supervision and monitoring of project milestone planning and compliance and their management in the corporate tool.
• Management of non-conformities and performance of root cause analysis for incidents identified in the project.
• Resolution of project problems from a quality perspective.
• Management of quality evidence in project activities.
• Management of the quality portion in project audits.
• Participation in project lessons learned workshops.

Collaboration in the management of organizational processes in execution projects.
