What we're looking for

University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Quality, Mechanical, Electronic, Software, or related field).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality roles on complex projects (automotive, pharmaceutical).
Knowledge of testing methodologies, quality management tools, and failure analysis techniques.
Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards and Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, SPC).
Experience in managing non-conformities and CAPA (8D).

Nice to have

Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), MSA, APQP, FMEA.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and testing documentation.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of quality management software is a plus.

The role

What you'll do

He/she will be responsible for ensuring technical quality and standards throughout the project lifecycle (from planning and design to implementation and closure). He/she will collaborate with project, engineering, and operations teams to define quality criteria, execute controls and audits, and promote continuous improvement of processes and products.

Main responsibilities

Define and apply project-specific quality plans (QA/QC), including acceptance criteria, metrics, and testing procedures.
Review requirements, technical specifications, and project plans to identify quality risks (FMEA).
Design, plan, and execute functional, integration, and system tests; coordinate third-party testing when applicable.
Conduct inspections, audits, and technical reviews at development sites and/or environments.
Monitor key quality indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for stakeholders.
Manage non-conformities: logging, root cause analysis, traceability, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/8D).
Ensure compliance with regulations, internal standards, and customer requirements.
Promote good quality practices and provide training to project teams.
Support the implementation of quality management systems (ISO or others) and continuous improvement processes.

Certifications (desirable)

Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt), ASQ (CQE), or quality-related certifications.
