Requirements

What we're looking for

What do we need from you?

· Vocational Training in Electricity and Electronics.

· Experience or knowledge in:

Electricity and electronics.

Industrial mechanics.

Hydraulics and pneumatics.

· Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both oral and written.

· Ability for correct and professional writing in both languages.

· Good communication skills and client orientation.

· Organized, proactive person with a desire to learn and grow professionally.

Nice to have

· Knowledge of handling and lifting equipment (hoists, pallet jacks, stackers, etc.) will be valued.

What you'll do

What will your mission at the company be?

· Attend to technical incidents via telephone and email.

· Perform the initial diagnosis of faults.

· Coordinate repairs with the technical and maintenance team.

· Offer technical advice to clients.

· Provide support for the maintenance of machinery and equipment.

· Follow up on incidents to ensure a quick and efficient resolution.

· Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

How you'll work

· Full-time on-site.

· Schedule from Monday to Friday:

08:30 h to 13:30 h

14:30 h to 17:30 h
