Requirements

What we're looking for

- Vocational training in the industrial or HVAC field. Additional training will be valued, such as welding, Legionella prevention, boiler courses, or similar.

- Knowledge of industrial and hospitality machinery.

- Experience as a refrigeration technician and knowledge of electromechanics, as well as experience with cooling towers.

- Knowledge of mechanics.

- Knowledge of electricity.

- Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics.

- Ability to read mechanical part drawings.

The role

What you'll do

Responsible for the organization, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for facilities, machinery, general equipment, and work tools.

Main functions:

Management, review, and maintenance of the building, as well as the different facilities and equipment, including the diagnosis and resolution of breakdowns that may arise, ensuring the proper functioning and safety of all company assets.

Additionally, you will participate in the identification and proposal of improvements to facilities and machinery, with the aim of optimizing their performance, efficiency, and safety.
