Labor Administration / HR and OSH Technician

• Training in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel administration.
• Practical knowledge of contracting, payroll, Social Security, working days, and labor management.
• Experience working with a labor consultancy or payroll department.
• Good command of Excel, especially in the use of pivot tables.
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous person.
• Ability to manage confidential information with absolute discretion.
• Ability to work with deadlines, incidents, and peaks of activity.

• Experience in companies with permanent and temporary staff.
• Experience in environments with subcontracted personnel.
• Specific training in OSH.
• Experience in coordination with external prevention services and labor consultancies.

Your main mission will be to take responsibility for the personnel administration of the different companies, acting as the operational interlocutor with the labor consultancy and coordinating all documentation and monitoring related to OSH and CAE.

• Daily coordination with the labor consultancy.
• Management of registrations, terminations, modifications, and contractual documentation for permanent and temporary staff.
• Preparation and review of monthly payroll variables and checking of payslips.
• Control of vacations, absences, leaves, medical leaves, and time/working day records.
• Management and maintenance of personnel files and documentation related to onboarding and offboarding.
• Monitoring of training and handling administrative inquiries from workers.
• Preparation and maintenance of processes linked to ISO 9001.
• Administrative coordination with the External Prevention Service.
• Monitoring of medical check-ups and training in prevention matters.
• Administrative support in emergency plans, drills, and prevention documentation.
• Documentary monitoring of obligations related to equality and data protection in the personnel field.
• Preparation of documentation for audits, inspections, or requirements, in coordination with external advisors.
