You will join the maintenance department, responsible for ensuring the proper operation of thermal installations in different types of buildings

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on centralized thermal installations
• Diagnose and resolve faults in boiler rooms (using different types of fuel).
• Maintain pressure booster sets, solar panels, sump pumps, and other auxiliary systems.
• Resolve issues with gas and diesel burners, pumps, electrical equipment, and associated systems.
• Supervise heating and domestic hot water (DHW) systems.
• Act autonomously in technical interventions, ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with the technical team and follow the schedule established by service managers.
• Install and replace equipment and materials in boiler rooms, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.
• Diagnose issues and analyze improvement needs in thermal installations.
• Support the optimization of energy efficiency in installations.
