General Maintenance Technician

You will perform building maintenance tasks, addressing incidents, executing preventive work, and supporting specialized providers:

- Corrective maintenance: diagnosis and resolution of minor faults in plumbing, lighting, locksmithing, carpentry, furniture, and other building elements, within your technical competence. Identification and communication of incidents that require specialized intervention.

- Preventive maintenance: carrying out rounds, visual inspections, checks, and adjustments according to the maintenance plan. Execution of preventive maintenance for HVAC, refrigeration installations, or low voltage when you possess the necessary qualifications and authorization and they are included in the scope of service.

- Accompanying providers: facilitating access to the facilities, locating equipment, explaining incidents, and providing support during interventions, checking the completion of the work and communicating any pending items.

- Monitoring and recording: documenting the actions performed, reporting anomalies and material needs, and proposing repairs or improvements to keep the building in good condition.
