Electromechanical Maintenance Technician - Automation and Robotics

• You have Vocational Training at Middle or Higher Grade in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Electricity, Automation and Industrial Robotics, or similar.
• You bring previous experience as an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician in industrial environments.
• You have solid knowledge of industrial electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• You have experience working with automated machinery and production lines.
• You have knowledge of PLCs, being able to perform fault diagnosis and small interventions or modifications.
• Previous experience working with industrial robots, robotic cells, sensors, drives, servomotors, and other industrial automation systems will be especially valued.
• Experience in sectors such as automotive, metal, stamping, machining, or other highly automated production environments will be positively valued.
• You are a decisive, proactive, and autonomous person in fault resolution, with an orientation toward continuous improvement and the ability to work in a team.

At Marlex we are collaborating with a major industrial company, located in Leganés (Madrid), specializing in the manufacture of components for the automotive sector. Currently, they are looking for an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team.

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring its correct operation and maximum availability.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults in the various production means.
• Intervene on automated and robotized production lines, identifying incidents and performing the necessary adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Perform repairs, modifications, and improvements to machinery and production means, contributing to increasing their reliability and efficiency.
• Carry out simple interventions and adjustments on PLCs and automation systems for fault detection and resolution.
• Participate in the installation, implementation, and commissioning of new equipment and production means linked to new projects.
• Actively collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing solutions aimed at optimizing the productivity and availability of the equipment.
• Record interventions and maintenance data, guaranteeing the correct updating of the department's indicators.
• Work in a coordinated manner with Production and other technical departments to guarantee the continuity and efficiency of the production processes.
