Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a passion for gastronomy, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong desire to grow professionally within an international environment of culinary excellence.
As a Chef de Partie, you will support the the kitchen team in the preparation and execution of dishes, ensuring that every service meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency expected from a luxury dining experience.
What you'll do
Your responsibilities will include...
- Supporting the Chef de Partie in organizing and executing service within your assigned section.
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes, standards, and procedures.
- Ensuring proper mise en place before each service.
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality, flavor, and presentation in every preparation.
- Ensuring strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in your work area.
- Collaborating actively with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Assisting with the receiving, storage, and control of ingredients and products.
- Contributing to maintaining order and organization in the kitchen.
- Continuously learning and developing within the culinary team.
