• Ensures that the customer experience in the restaurant
  is exceptional, providing personalized service to the customer, paying attention to
  special needs (helping elderly people with trays or
  mothers with children, providing high chairs, etc....).
• Keeps the environment entertaining and fun for children in particular, through games and distribution of promotional items.
• Always watches over the restaurant's good image towards
  customers, always ensuring the greatest comfort and well-being of the customer,
  greeting them, getting to know them, and ensuring that the
  established standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are met.
• Places all promotional material for
  each campaign according to instructions, ensuring it remains in good condition for the duration
  of the campaigns.
• During peak hours, directs customers to the cash registers /
  kiosks, and organizes them, ensuring fast service.
• Assists with order delivery both for table service and
  even McAuto (Drive-Thru).
• Ensures the cleanliness, order, and decoration of the children's play area
  as well as the external appearance of the restaurant.
• Keeps the display case clean and decorates it with enthusiasm
  for each new Happy Meal or birthday party program.
• Is responsible for maintaining an entertaining and fun environment
  for children in particular, through games and distribution of
  promotional items.
• Is involved from the very beginning in receiving complaints and
  claims, respecting the guidelines and trying to lead the
  situation towards a positive solution for the customer and the restaurant.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Must be over 18 years old.
• If you are a foreigner, you must have a work permit.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Preferably have a car.
• If you don't have a car, you must live in Móstoles.

• Se asegura que la experiencia del cliente en el restaurante
  sea excepcional, dando un servicio personalizado al cliente, estando pendiente de
  necesidades especiales (ayuda con la bandeja a personas mayores o
  mujeres con niños, proporciona sillas para bebé etc....).
• Mantiene un ambiente entretenimiento y alegría para los niños en particular, mediante juegos y distribución de artículos de promoción.
• Vela en todo momento por la buena imagen del restaurante de cara a
  clientes, procurando siempre el mayor confort y bienestar del cliente,
  saludándole, conociéndole y asegurándose de que se satisfacen los
  estándares establecidos de Calidad, Servicio y Limpieza.
• Coloca siguiendo las indicaciones todo el material promocional de
  cada campaña, asegurándose de su buen estado durante el tiempo
  de duración de las campañas
• Durante horas de alto volumen, dirige a los clientes a las cajas /
  quioscos, y organiza las, asegurando un servicio rápido.
• Colabora en la entrega de pedidos tanto en servicio a mesa, cómo
  incluso McAuto.
• Se asegura de la limpieza, orden y, decoración de la zona de juego
  infantil, así como el aspecto externo del restaurante.
• Mantiene la vitrina en buen estado de limpieza y decora con interés
  con cada nuevo Happy Meal o programa de cumpleaños.
• Es responsable de mantener un ambiente entretenimiento y alegría
  para los niños en particular, mediante juegos y distribución de
  artículos de promoción.
• Se implica en un primer momento en la recepción de las quejas y
  reclamaciones, respetando las indicaciones e intentando llevar la
  situación hacia una solución positiva para el cliente y el restaurante.

Requisitos y calificaciones:

• Ser mayor de 18 años.
• Si eres extranjero, tener permiso de trabajo.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al detalle.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.
• Actitud positiva y ganas de aprender.
