The role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Makro Alcorcón team. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:

Your mission; you will assist customers, sell and perform cashier duties in order to support the achievement of the objectives established for the center.

Your functions:

You will perform daily cash counts in the section.
You will collaborate in the development of promotions and communications with customers.
You will support the center's team to achieve the attainment of sales objectives.
You will provide support in the management of the different sections reporting incidents and critical points.

How you'll work

Please note that you will work Mondays, Sundays, and holidays from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 21:30h

Organizational Level

You will report to the Customer Service Manager of your center.
You will not have a team in your charge
