Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (CFGS) in Automation, Robotics, Electronics, or IT.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation, industrial maintenance, or commissioning of automatic machinery.

The role

Currently, in the Operations department, we are looking for a Senior After-Sales Technician at our Cornellà de Llobregat headquarters (Headquarters).

What you'll do

Technical support for automated installations distributed internationally.
Monitoring and improvements for automated installations in the stabilization phase.
Analysis and diagnosis of various faults (control software, electrical, mechanical...).
Implementation of modifications in PLCs, configuration changes in electronic equipment, etc.
Documentation and reports according to internal procedures.
Support in the management of spare parts.
Coordination and management of small work teams.
24h rotating technical support, mainly in remote mode.
Providing training to both customers and internal work teams.
