What we're looking for

Vocational Training (CFGM or CFGS) in Administration and Finance or similar.
2 or 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in data analysis tools such as advanced Excel or Access.
Knowledge of data visualization with Power BI, Tableau, or other tools.
Knowledge of KPI measurement.
Analytical skill and critical thinking to interpret data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive attitude and commitment to work quality.

The role

Currently, in the Personnel department, we are looking for a Personnel Administration Assistant at our Cornellà de Llobregat headquarters.

What you'll do

Management with FUNDAE (use of application, management of bonuses, searching for training identities, and incident resolution).
Preparation of contracts.
Processing of sick leave/accident I.T.
Support in administrative tasks derived from the personnel management area.
Preparation of communications and requirement letters.
Preparation of personnel reports for managers, management, and auditing.
Extract, process, and analyze data from various sources.
Filing of documentation and digitization of documents.
