🚀 We are looking for a Reverse, Claims and Stock Specialist in Pinto!

At MediaMarkt, we continue to grow and we want to hire someone to guarantee the management, reliability, and consistency of logistics and stock data through the supervision, analysis, and continuous improvement of reverse logistics processes, carrier reconciliations, and inventory management, ensuring correct operational and economic decision-making, the prevention of recurring incidents, and excellence in customer service.

In which processes or tasks will you be able to contribute your grain of sand within the team?

• Exercise control over reverse logistics and stock data, guaranteeing its traceability, reliability, and consistency between systems and physical stock.
• Supervise and validate the reverse logistics processes managed by the logistics operator.
• Verify the correspondence between physical merchandise received and computer records of entries in each of the HUBS coming from carriers.
• Coordinate and ensure the correct transfer of information and merchandise to the Service Pro Inversa team.
• Supervise the entry, validation, and reconciliation of damaged merchandise attributable to carriers (warehouse 52).
• Manage the regularized stock following customer credits and computer returns (warehouse 72).
• Analyze, prioritize, and manage incidents of merchandise not delivered, lost, or not returned (warehouse 18).
• Regularize the reconciliation process with carriers through the Claims App.
• Lead, negotiate, and close reconciliations in accordance with contractual conditions.
• Decide and execute loss charges when no reconciliation is possible.
• Analyze root causes of recurring incidents and define corrective and preventive actions.
• Periodically supervise and audit the logistics operator's stock.
• Control, analyze, and minimize stock discrepancies (Pushbacks, Manquants, and RUPS).
• Manage general inventories and operational audits.
• Prioritize incidents and decisions based on economic impact, operations, and customer experience.
• Act as a coordination point between the operator, carriers, Service Pro, stores, and internal areas.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements in processes, flows, and stock controls.
