Commercial Agreements and Bonus Controller

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial conditions, purchasing, or Category Management
• High level of English (Minimum B2)
• Experience with provisions, billing, or revenue
• Good level of Excel (Power Query / BI is valuable)
• Analytical profile and attention to detail
• Proactivity and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple processes and data in parallel
• International exposure.

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to guarantee the correct validation and posting of supplier agreements in the system, ensuring their transformation into real billing with control, monitoring, and a focus on results.

• You will be responsible for ensuring that commercial conditions are correctly validated, calculated, and managed, ensuring their correct posting in the system and their conversion into revenue.
• Calculations for special company campaigns and sell-in and sell-out conditions, as well as active monitoring of provisions until their billing.
• You will monitor operational KPIs, guaranteeing process control and the achievement of objectives with a focus on results.

• Validate commercial agreements and conditions with suppliers
• Ensure correct posting in the system and traceability
• Calculate bonuses and commercial contributions (sell-in / sell-out)
• Manage the full cycle: validation → calculation → claim → billing
• Reduce open provisions and convert them into billing
• Manage incidents and unblock critical situations
• KPI monitoring (compliance, provision, billing)
• Collaborate with Category Management, Finance, and Controlling
• Prepare analysis and reporting
