The role
What you'll do
- Perform the MediaMarkt Services sold by the sales staff that are executable in-store: Update maps, initial startup, configure devices, SAFE&GO, etc.
- Perform basic mobile and IT repairs for products out of warranty.
- Perform an initial filter in-store to resolve incidents that only require software changes or updates, thus avoiding sending them to the industry and consequently achieving a reduction in TAT and an increase in customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the rigorous management of the various administrative and reporting processes related to the provision of services or repairs performed.
