Responsible for preparing/regenerating and presenting the food produced in the kitchen where assigned, through the efficient performance of their duties, always complying with the quality standards and recipes established for each dish requested, paying special attention to creativity, composition, seasoning, and presentation to ensure guest and customer satisfaction, earning their recognition and preference for the hotel's food.

• Knowledge of Food Handling, hygiene, and food safety.

• Conocimiento de Manipulación de alimentos, higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
