What you'll do

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Director to lead one of the hotel's key departments and continue elevating our culinary offering to a new level of excellence.

Lead the Food & Beverage strategy for the hotel, driving an innovative, profitable, and excellence-driven operation. You will be responsible for delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests, inspiring and developing a high-performance team, and positioning the culinary offering as a standout element of the Paradisus experience.

  • Define and drive the Food & Beverage strategy, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with brand standards.
  • Lead the daily operation of restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring an exceptional experience at every guest touchpoint.
  • Design and evolve the culinary offering together with the culinary teams, enhancing innovation, quality, and business profitability.
  • Analyze the department's key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and maximize financial results and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare, control, and optimize the department's budget, ensuring efficient resource management.
  • Inspire, develop, and support the team, fostering a culture built on leadership, collaboration, continuous training, and excellence.
