We are looking for a professional with solid experience in organizational transformation whose main objective will be to drive the company's productivity and efficiency, directly contributing to the improvement of business margins. The position will act as a driver of organizational optimization, combining structural redesign, process improvement, and the strategic adoption of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics as key value-generation levers.

What you'll do

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in strategic or operations consulting, or in internal roles leading organizational transformation projects, structural redesign, evolution of operating models, and change management.
  • Demonstrable experience in initiatives focused on:
    • Productivity improvement
    • Cost optimization
    • Increase in operational efficiency
    • Implementation of advanced technological solutions (AI, automation, data analytics)
  • Knowledge and deep understanding of the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem, understanding its practical application as a real lever for improving efficiency and profitability.
  • Real experience in organizational transformation projects linked to restructuring and/or digitalization and implementation of advanced technological solutions (AI, automation, data, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret organizational and operational data, generate objective diagnoses, and provide a structured vision that supports strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in measuring economic impact and tracking efficiency KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic vision and a results-driven approach.
  • University degree in Industrial Organization Engineering and Business Administration (ADE).
  • High level of English.
  • Residence in Palma de Mallorca or a firm commitment to relocate there.
