We want to bring in a Management Systems Officer profile to cover the needs of services in the Balearic Islands, to implement, maintain and monitor the quality and environmental management system in the contracts managed by the Balearic Delegation, in order to ensure that the provision of contracted services is carried out in accordance with the legal or regulatory requirements affecting the activities carried out in relation to interaction with the Environment.

Responsibilities

The main duties include:

  • Implementing and maintaining the Quality, Environment and Prevention Management System in the Delegation's contracts.
  • Management of ISO standards: Maintaining critical sector standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety).
  • Management of indicators (KPIs): Monitoring operational metrics in the Delegation's contracts.
  • Supervising and/or carrying out the necessary actions to disseminate environmental policies and regulations across all the Delegation's contracts, ensuring that awareness is promoted throughout the organisation.
  • Supervising and/or carrying out quality and environmental audits in the Delegation's contracts, in order to detect possible deviations in the application of management systems, proposing the appropriate corrective actions.
  • Monitoring non-conformities and preventive and corrective actions detected during audits.

Requirements

  • Required Qualification: Higher degree (chemical or biological sciences)
  • Required Experience: 2-5 years of experience in implementing and monitoring quality and environmental management policies
  • Specific Knowledge Required:
  • Solid knowledge of regulations and business management systems
  • Advanced technical training in Management Systems and process optimisation
  • ISO 9001 (Quality) - implementation, maintenance and auditing
  • ISO 14001 (Environment) - management of environmental impacts
  • ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) - health and safety in operations
  • ISO 22000 / HACCP (if applicable to drinking water)
  • Document management systems
  • Advanced Excel / Power BI (highly valued)
  • SCADA systems or industrial control tools
  • Languages: Catalan / English - B2 level
  • Preferred Place of Residence: Preferably in the Balearic Islands
