Management Systems Technician - Balearic Islands

• Required Qualification: Higher Degree (chemical or biological sciences)

• Required Experience: Between 2-5 years of experience in the implementation and monitoring of quality and environmental management policies

• Required Specific Knowledge:

- Solid knowledge of business management regulations and systems

- Advanced technical training in Management Systems and process optimization

- ISO 9001 (Quality) - implementation, maintenance, and auditing

- ISO 14001 (Environment) - environmental impact management

- ISO 45001 (OSH) - health and safety in operations

- ISO 22000 / HACCP (if applicable to drinking water)

- Document management systems

- Advanced Excel / Power BI (highly valued)

- SCADA systems or industrial control tools

• Languages: Catalan / English - B2 Level

• Preferred Place of Residence: Preferably in the Balearic Islands

• Full-time.

We are looking to hire a Management Systems Technician to cover the needs of services in the Balearic Islands, to implement, maintain, and monitor the quality and environmental management system in the contracts managed by the Balearic Islands branch, in order to ensure that the provision of contracted services complies with the legal or regulatory requirements affecting the activities carried out in relation to interaction with the environment.

The main functions include:

• Implement and maintain the Quality, Environment, and Prevention Management Systems within the Delegation's Contracts.

• ISO standards management: Maintenance of critical industry standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety).

• KPI management: Monitoring of operational metrics within the Delegation's contracts.

• Supervise and/or carry out the necessary actions to disseminate environmental policies and regulations across all Delegation Contracts, ensuring that awareness is promoted throughout the organization.

• Supervise and/or perform quality and environmental audits within the Delegation's Contracts, in order to detect possible deviations in the application of management systems, proposing the appropriate corrective actions.

• Monitor non-conformities, preventive actions, and corrective actions detected during audits
